Company Profile
Professional management provides the cornerstone of
Holiday Park Apartments and Townhomes. Holiday Park Apartments and Townhomes has been professionally managed
for over 30 years, and has a full-time maintenance staff.
Myles Sampson, developer of the Holiday Park Apartments,
followed in his grandfather’s footsteps. A.L. Sampson was a builder at the
turn of the 20thcentury, building homes and commercial property in
Penn Hills. Myles’ father, Orin Sampson, was responsible for developing much
of Holiday Park, Monroeville, Plum, Penn Hills, and Murrysville throughout the
mid – 1900’s.
Holiday Park was the first Master Planned Community in
Pennsylvania. Holiday Park thus offers a unique market because of the wide
variety of housing styles – rental apartments, town-homes, and single-family
homes – at a variety of prices. Best of all, Holiday Park is just 25 minutes
from downtown Pittsburgh along the Parkway East. So you can enjoy the quiet,
friendly atmosphere of a small town without giving up the cultural and
entertainment opportunities to be found in a major metropolitan center.
Myles Sampson had a vested interest in the Pittsburgh
area – it was not only his home, it was his heritage.
Because of his commitment to maintain the finest
apartments and town-homes in Western Pennsylvania, Myles assembled a team of
well-educated and dedicated professionals to manage Holiday Park Apartments and Townhomes.
