Deposit $250.00, of which $100.00 is refundable without damages. Please inquire with our leasing staff for pet registration requirements.
Dog -- Pet Rent is $40.00 for the 1st pet and $20.00 for the 2nd pet per month.
Cat -- Pet Rent is $20.00 per month.

Restrictions: Akita, Chow, Bull Mastiff, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Shar Pei, Wolf Hybrids Limitations encompass the specified breeds of dogs listed, as well as any mixed breeds containing these particular breeds.
